“Data” is a set of information which can be put into several different contexts to yield a meaning. The data are information, a result of a measure of a parameter. Usually, in different contexts, its form can be changed. In managerial perspective, data can be any set of information that can be expressed in the language of information technology as bits and bytes. One byte is the smallest unit of data stored in numbers and one byte equals 8 bits of numbers in Binary, i.e. the combination of 1 and 0 (Ransbotham, 2017).
